Associate Product Manager - Personalized UMA

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Assoicate Product Manager on our Personalized UMA advisory product team within Wealth & Investment Management.

Product Management is responsible for support, marketing and overall product management for the investment products available to our Financial Advisors. This includes advisory, mutual funds, alternative investments, retirement plans, annuities, insurance and trust services.

The ideal candidate will have basic to intermediate knowledge of separately managed accounts and/or other investment products.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with onboarding separately managed accounts, mutual funds and ETFs to our Personalized UMA platform
  • Review less complex products and services related to product management activities for product lines
  • Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations, and policies
  • Receive direction from product managers and exercise independent judgment while understanding the development of marketing programs
  • Collaborate and consult with product managers and other organizational units
Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Product Management experience, marketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Brokerage industry experience
  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Job Expectations:
  • Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office)
