In this role, you will:
- Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
- Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
- File, photocopy, and answer phones
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Work under close supervision following established procedures
- 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
- Professional experience in the Banking and Finance work environment
- Skills requirements includes SWIFT payments, International Wire Transfer, OFAC
- Exposure to SWIFT/Telex/ FED payment instructions and/or investigation
- College graduate
- Amenable to work full-time onsite, Monday - Friday
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule, mid and night shift, local holiday
- Amenable to work in Five/NEO, BGC, Taguig City

- Investigates Payment related inquiries or services to clients (Financial Institutions) which includes sending SWIFT, FED WIRE and CHIPS messages, Return and Cancellation of payments, Hold funds in the General Ledger and re-effecting payments
- Corrects and creates different payment message types (SWIFT, FED WIRE, CHIPS, Telex) used by the payment parties
- Team currently supports common pools - Unable to Apply, Debit Authorization, Amendment and Cancellation pool
- Responsible for payment investigation and inquiries handling from Financial Institution customers
- Liaise and interact with international working partners
- Provide troubleshooting solutions for internal and external customers on financial products and services
- Process, research and resolve routine to moderately complex transaction issues
- Duties may also include: account maintenance, report generation, project work
