Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor for our Cash Vault as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation

In this role, you will:

  • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
  • Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
  • File, photocopy, and answer phones
  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
  • Work under close supervision following established procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 6+ months Cash vault or cash handling experience
  • 10-Key numerical data entry experience
  • Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage to production goals, deadlines, and various metrics
  • Ability to develop or support high availability, high volume transaction processing systems
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment
Job Expectations:
  • Training: 90 days (on the job)
  • Work Schedule - Monday through Friday - 11am-6:30pm or until work is completed. (Schedule will be Flexible based on hours of operations for the business)
  • Standing up to 6 to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs/ Cash Vault-Pulling and lifting
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Possible holidays due to business needs.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • 375 Brannan St, San Francisco, CA 94107 (Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location and must be able to work on-site at the posted location )
Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$22.00 - $26.44
