Analytics Consultant - Legal

About this role:
We are seeking an energetic & dynamic Analytics Consultant for our Legal Department willing to learn and conceptualize reporting and analytics in the Legal Business Intelligence team. This role is part of the Legal Business Intelligence team, reporting to the Analytics Senior Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain detailed reports.
- Utilize AI tools to code, generate scripts, create prompts, and automate Business Intelligence processes.
- Utilize automation and technology for efficient and accurate reporting and dashboards.
- Consult with business line and enterprise functions on less complex research
- Perform analysis of findings and trends using analysis and document process
- Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies
- Participate in company initiatives or processes to assist in meeting risk and capital objectives and other strategic goals
- Collaborate and consult with more experienced consultants and with partners in technology and other business groups
- 2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CoPilot, Outlook, Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint) skills
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI similar data visualization and reporting tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic Understanding of A.I. and its application for research, insights, and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex datasets into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and sound judgment in analytical decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Agile mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Position will require onsite presence
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
