Commercial Real Estate (CRE)

Provides a fully integrated platform of banking, financing, and capital markets solutions to clients including financial sponsors, institutional investors, asset managers, regional developers, and public and private corporations.

Program overview

The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst Program begins with training and placement on a business team. You will contribute to underwriting and portfolio management, build skills in financial modeling and market analysis, and collaborate with bankers and risk professionals to deliver for clients. The program also includes mentorship, structured learning, and senior leader engagement that supports your development.

What to expect

The program begins with structured training covering accounting, valuation, financial modeling, and credit analysis, followed by immediate placement into a CRE team.

As a CRE Analyst, your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting valuation models for real estate properties and sectors
  • Preparing financial and credit analyses, presentations, and projects
  • Conducting property and industry research
  • Participating in due diligence and client meetings
  • Collaborating with senior professionals across cross-functional partners
  • Contributing to client relationship development
Throughout the program, you will receive ongoing mentorship, coaching, and feedback to support your professional growth.

Required qualifications
  • 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
