The Talent Partner is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process. The Talent Partner plays a key role in promoting a positive candidate experience, maintaining hiring process consistency, and supporting organizational talent goals. Strong relationship-building, communication, and assessment skills are essential for success in this position.

Pay Range & Benefits:

  • $62,272 - $73,261/year

Essential Functions:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptance, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide consultative support throughout the process.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and outreach campaigns, with a focus on building and maintaining strong talent pipelines.
  • Lead or support targeted recruiting initiatives such as campus outreach, internships, and community partnerships, based on assigned areas of focus.
  • Promote the organization’s employer brand and reputation in the market to attract mission-aligned talent.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments using behavioral and competency-based tools to ensure strong alignment with organizational needs.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and manage the offer process in alignment with internal equity and process consistency.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate data, activity tracking, and documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Identify and address barriers to successful hiring through creative problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the broader People Operations team to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, business, project management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, student placement, or related experience.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and HRIS (UKG a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with attention to detail

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, hybrid position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The role includes a combination of remote work and on-site presence at the organization’s main office, as needed to support recruitment activities, meetings, and events.
