Role Overview
We are seeking senior to staff-level Fullstack Engineers to join the Member Acquisition teams. You will write code, build A/B tests, solve problems, and deliver customer-facing features that improve the lives of millions of our members. You will also learn from our talented team of software engineers and share your knowledge to make us better. We are always looking for innovative ways to bring awesome experiences to our customers. You will participate in major projects by engaging in the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualizing the architecture design to implementation and testing. You will leverage your knowledge to develop new consumer-focused products using modern Engineering such as Continuous Integration and Deployment.
Requirements
- Mastery over Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js (7+ years)
- Advanced RDBMS/SQL skills (preferably Postgres/PSQL)
- Expertise in building restful endpoints and lightweight aggregation layers
- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance applications
- Define Pragmatic Architectures and optimal Design Patterns
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience writing unit and/or UI tests
- Exemplary at writing documentation, requests for comments, and technical specifications
- Technical leadership experience; you are the go-to person for other members of the team
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD flow

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary is $140,000/yr to $155,000/yr USD. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
