Senior Brand Designer

What You Will Do

You will help lead the creation of visually compelling and informative motion graphics and animations that align with our wellness brand's mission. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conceptualizing and designing high-quality brand assets for various digital platforms (social media, websites, TVC, OOH, paid social media, and other marketing campaigns and channels), while having a deep knowledge and expertise in motion graphics.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence of design across all deliverables, maintaining brand standards and visual identity guidelines. Able to translate brand and campaign guidelines into compelling visuals.
  • Collaborating closely with our Creative and Content teams, as well as internal stakeholders to develop visual concepts and storytelling strategies.
  • Speaking up as a thought leader, mentoring and guiding peers and junior-level designers, providing constructive feedback, and sharing best practices for motion design.
  • Independently working, ensuring the timely delivery of projects, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually innovate and enhance our visual content and motion system.

Who You Are

To excel in this role, you should be a T-shaped person who is a seasoned brand and motion graphics designer with a great attitude, sharp eye and strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise in the field. You should possess:
  • 4+ years of experience in brand and motion graphics design, with a proven track record of creating impactful work.
  • A proficiency in industry-standard software, including Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant tools. Eagerness to learn our new motion platform, Fable.
  • A dynamic, creative thinking style, adept at executing strategic concepts across various mediums to unify brand narratives.
  • An attention to detail, consistently delivering high-quality work aligned with brand standards.
  • Leadership skills including the ability to mentor and guide team members when necessary.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and partners.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar industry experience is preferred

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary $75,000-$95,000 annually
