Sr Pharma Market Account Manager

Overview

The position is responsible for selling Waters Intruments and software products within the assigned geographic territory. In this role, you will develop a business plan to manage the business and expand market share within the sales territory.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Responsible for meeting sales targets in territory
  • 2. Develop new accounts in territory
  • 3. Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular visits etc
  • 4. Collect and understand market situations and competitive information
  • 5. Identify key applications and potentials for our business and recommend Waters' solutions
  • 6. To leverage on our specialists and their product knowledge to secure deals
  • 7. Work with service engineers to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • 8. Identify and target new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle
  • 9. Responsible for the maintenance and growth of the business according to sales targets
  • 10.Maintain up-to-date knowledge base of the markets with regards to customers, competitors, environment, etc

Qualifications

- Have ultral performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) and mass spectrometry sales experience

- Have a university degree, prefers with major in chemical/medical analysis

- A good ability to communicate in English

- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure

- Good teamwork

- Good communication and negotiation skills are needed business-minded, being able to accomplish the given sales QTA
