Overview
This position offers an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play a key role in supporting, influencing business decisions and growth. Reporting to the Finance Director, Global Operations, this is a critical business partner to the local stakeholders which encompasses global manufacturing, procurement, materials, facilities, supply chain / logistics, quality, R&D, tax, treasury and corporate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on manufacturing results against budget, forecasts and prior year, including price and quantity variances.
- Understand BOM changes and their financial impacts.
- Participate in product standard costing exercise.
- Identify & present business risks and opportunities, with data driven analysis.
- Provide financial analyses and reports to support decision making for strategic goals.
- Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan process with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support to other areas of Operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects as appropriate.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/ACCA and 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing & supply chain entity.
- Experience with SAP, advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis/query skills; and Analysis for Office strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable with Matrix reporting structure and US MNC.
- Organized, structured thinker with ability to handle multiple assignments, work flexible hours, consolidate and analyze/interpret information/data from multiple, disparate sources.
- Ability to work independently, guide and collaborate with fellow team members
