【業務内容】
製薬メーカー、バイオ・化学メーカー、食品メーカー、環境分析受託機関、公官庁研究機関、大学などを主とし、その他あらゆる産業の研究機関・開発機関、品質管理、受託業務を生業とする受託機関がお客様となります。基本スタイルは、お客様の潜在・顕在のニーズを掘り起こし、当社のソリューションの提案を行う、といった提案型営業、そして販売店との協業した活動、活動企画立案・市場分析と売れる仕組み構築などのフィールドマーケティングの要素も必要となります。 業界における当社製品のシェア、そして業界での認知度は上位に位置しておりますので、既存顧客のみならず、新規開拓のお客様と容易に接触が出来ます。お客様の仕事の可能性を理解し、分離・分析におけるトータルソリューションの提供を実施する事でお客様の成功を導く役割を担って頂きます。常に世界最先端の科学の場に身をおきますので、やりがいと誇りを持って仕事に取り組んで頂けます。
Responsibilities
担当エリアのビジネス戦略構築、ビジネスゴールの達成
新規市場（顧客）の開拓
他部署(ラボ、マーケティング、サービス、装置営業)との連携
顧客とのリレーションシップ構築
販売店との信頼関係構築
市場の動向、競合企業の情報収集
顧客のニーズを探り、ソリューションを提供
分離・分析市場のトレンド把握

【求める人材】
- 科学業界、ライフサイエンス業界を通して、ビジネスマンとしてスキル、経済的に成功したい方。
- 営業経験、理工系知識などの経験は役立ちます。
- 製品が売れる仕組み構築(マーケティング)の経験は役に立ちます。
- 臨床、医療業界での経験も役立ちます。
- 自動車運転免許、PC（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント）の基本スキルは必要です。
- 科学知識、営業スキルを身に付ける事を通して、活動的に仕事を充実させたい方。
- 純粋に好奇心をお持ちで、前向きな思考が優先されます。
