Overview

This role is Financial Planning & Analysis for Greater China (China Mainland, Taiwan and Hongkong), reporting to Greater China FP&A Manager. He / She will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, closing, financial analysis, corporate reporting and business review preparation. To support management decision, the position will also work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, Products and Commercial while driving operational target. He/She will have the exposure to GC top management team and will be part of a global organization and working in an international environment, practicing English and participating in regional and global meetings.Critical success factors for this role include the solid Corporate and BU FP&A skill, strong communication skill that to work cross functionally. Most ideal candidate is expected to not only follower but also the thinker, should be able to identify and highlight risks to manager.This role will be able to developed new finance and process set-up skills, to learn how a world-class organization operating in this regulations reforming circumstance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform period forecast processes, provide comments for actual versus forecast gap, support to complete monthly forecast package and variance analysis
  • Contribute in monthly/quarterly management reporting preparation by providing financial reports, business review deck and advisory support to Manager. Work to create full transparency of information in support of optimal business decisions
  • Build and maintain FP&A analytics framework, oversight of trends and indicate Risk & Opportunity
  • Work with Global FP&A team, facilitate communication and contribute for budgeting activities.
  • Use domain knowledge to drive process improvements and automated analytical/digital tools
  • Respond to manager ad-hoc requests or Special Projects for customized data and reports in a knowledgeable and flexible manner

Qualifications

§ 8-10 years MNC working experience

§ Demonstrated strong quantitative analysis, Scenario Planning and Reporting skill

§ Be very capable on analysis summary, writing and Business Review deck preparation, Power BI is plus

§ Advanced proficiency in problem solving and communication skills with cross-functions

§ Strong process mindset, detail-driven and together with concise and positive manner

§ Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
