Inside Service Sales Account Manager II

Overview

■業務内容

サービス部門のインサイドセールスとして、既存顧客対し、電話/メールでの保守契約にかかわる営業活動や販促施策の企画などの幅広い業務を担当していただきます。

当社の分析機器保守契約は、サービス部門の収益の60%を占める最重要商品です。業績目標達成と顧客満足の向上のため、「既存契約の継続率」と「保証期間明け保守加入移行率」をKPIとして目標管理し、顧客のニーズに合った提案、タイムリーかつ正確な保守契約見積もりの提出、社内外の関係部署と連携し遅滞なく契約手続きを遂行することで、過去3年連続で、年間業績目標を達成し続けています。

Responsibilities

【具体的な業務内容】■非対面コミュニケーションによる営業活動・ 電話とメールを活用し、既存顧客に対する営業活動電話：　　約5件/日～１０件/日メール：　約１０件/日～２０件/日・ 顧客の課題やニーズをヒアリングし、適切な保守契約プランの提案や情報提供・ 各種問い合わせ対応　約５件/日～１０件/日（上記対応件数に含まれる）

■各種ビジネス文書作成、情報管理・ 見積書作成　約５件/日～１０件/日・ 注文処理　　約５件/日～８件/日・ 上記対応に伴うSFCならびにSAP、保守契約管理台帳（Notes）

■社内外の関係部署との連携、情報共有、・　　フィールドサービス、装置営業、ロジ、経理などの各チームと密に連携し、保守契約を締結・ 代理店様や仕入れ業者様との調整業務

■データ分析と戦略立案・営業活動の成果を分析し、効果的なアプローチ方法や販促施策を立案・実行・顧客からのフィードバックを収集し、サービスやプロダクトの改善提案

Qualifications

■ 必須条件：・基本的なPCスキル(word文書作成、エクセル処理)・電話やメールによる顧客とのコミュニケーション経験CRMやSAPの使用経験ある方は歓迎いたします※実験機器、検査機器をあつかっておりますため、一般生活になじみのない専門的な用語は、業務の中で覚えていただく必要があります。ご入社時に、各部門の役割など、用語などのトレーニングを実施いたします。※外資企業のためご自身の希望となりますが、英語のドキュメントの確認や本社スタッフとのコミュニケーションの機会もありますが、英語スキルは、必須ではありません。
