Overview
This job aims to get Hardware and Software service plan P2P orders and W2P orders as much as possible from responsible accounts. To do that successfully, inside sales members need to submit service plan quotes timely and precisely. And they need to explain the benefits and details of the quotation to end-user and local dealers. And they are responsible for closing each opportunity. And achieving revenue targets and KPIs like P2P and W2P conversion.
Responsibilities
40%Submit service plan quotes for customer's budgetary request and purchase order request. 20%Cross checking other members' quotes to prevent mistake 10%Update inquiries status on CRM 10%Submit a case to FEs and Arrange schedule with party vendors like N2 generator supplier 10%Dealer management to get Purchase orders timely. 10%Initiative execution like LC campaign, cold call screening for target accounts

Qualifications
Experience: 1Complexity: Less requiring complexity. We require for this position personnel to be the specialist of service plan inside sales.Personal Contacts: inside contact with company employees at all levels as well as contact with outside client representatives, vendors, and other business-related representativesMental/PhysicalRequirements: This position requires high/quick/accurate office skills. Good communication skills with customers and stakeholders. Employee Success Model Requirements:
