Overview

This role will be required to work as a finance partner to Regional General Manager, to accurately and timely report results, support to build realistic and data-driven forecasts, provide financial analytics and modeling to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Data Analysis: Assist the BP team in conducting basic sales data analysis. This includes collecting and organizing sales data from AO. Use Excel and Power BI to generate reports and charts that provide insights into sales trend.
  • Dealer Inventory Reconciliation: Help with the organization and management of dealer inventory data. This involves working with DDI vendor to ensure that the inventory records are accurate and up-to-date. Monitor the inventory turnover rate to identify any potential stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Recuring Product Price Analysis: Support the team in managing customer prices. This includes maintaining a customer price list, ensuring that prices are updated in a timely manner according to market conditions and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic
  • 3+ years' experience as FPA or BP
  • Demonstrated partnering and communication skills with cross-functions
  • Proficient in office software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with knowledge of financial and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, AO, Power BI) and software with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to analyze complex data and identify key trends and issues.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and ability to adapt to new tasks and challenges. Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
