Responsibilities
【仕事内容】 製薬・化学・食品メーカー、大学などの研究・品質担当部門が主なお客様です。お客様にご購入頂いたLC, LC/MS, インフォマティクス製品についてお客様先でサービス業務に従事頂きます。 製品の据付、操作説明保守点検・適格性評価・故障診断・修理顧客先で、上記担当製品の装置の据付と操作説明、確立されているアプリケーションの検収を実施して 主に製品販売後の技術サポートを行って頂きますが販売前の技術サポートを行って頂く事もあります。
Qualifications
【求める人材】 ・化学系のバックグラウンドがある方・フィールドサービスエンジニア経験のある方（特にLC、LC/MSのフィールドサービスエンジニア経験があることが望ましい） 未経験者でも知識習得頂くためのトレーニングを行いますので問題ございません。 ・英語に苦手意識のない方 ・コミュニケーションを大事にされている方 ・出張業務に抵抗のない方 【応募条件】 ・理系大学（化学、電気、機械系の専攻）卒、または高専卒 ・要普通自動車運転免許
