Customer Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and sales team to handle customer orders, timely and accurately process all orders in SAP to improve order fulfillment rate, and manage the whole shipment arrangement
  • Work with service team to ensure all orders are delivered in time and upload delivery information in CIT/COMPASS system
  • Act as a window person to responsible for daily interaction and order inquires; Relied upon as an expert when working in teams and cross functionally
  • Track the progress on order fulfillment and drive the efforts cross-functionally to maximize coverage and shipment rate
  • Prepare necessary report and use a data driven approach to summarize and basic analyze. Based on data analysis and industry best practices, design optimization solutions, integrate cross-departmental resources, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Assist project management and process optimization. Support the management team to ensure team tasks and projects with Waters's goals, breaking them into actionable steps with clear ownership.

    Qualifications:

    Education & Experience:

    • University Degree in Commercial, International Trade or Logistics, or a related field of study
    • Familiar with import and export business, 3+ years of relevant work experience in Customer Operations Order Process Management
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools and related IT software
    • Working knowledge in SAP and Documentary Credit is a plus
