Calibration Coordinator
Overview
Waters Corporation is a leading manufacturer of analytical and preparative bulk chromatographic media, chromatographic consumables and liquid chromatography instrumentation.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Calibration Technician with strong organizational and analytical skills to fulfill a full time position. This role will ensure consistent support for operations and compliance across the Milford and Taunton sites. This role is responsible for coordinating calibration and maintenance activities with external vendors, managing documentation in compliance with ISO9001 standards, and supporting audit readiness. The ideal candidate will have strong document management experience and a solid understanding of calibration processes in a regulated environment.
This position will sit at our headquarters in Milford, MA with frequent travel to our Taunton, MA location.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external vendors for the calibration and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and physical/dimensional measuring and test equipment.
- Document calibration results and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and ISO9001 standards.
- Troubleshoot calibration issues or escalate them to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and track calibration schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Remain detail oriented while managing multiple priorities adn meeting deadlines
- Assist in developing and improving calibration procedures and documentation protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all calibration-related activities.
- Support internal and external audits by organizing and providing calibration documentation (no direct auditor interaction required).

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 5 years of calibration experience
- 3-5 years of experience in document management within an ISO9001-registered facility.
- Experience with ISO9001 documentation requirements.
- Experience using Maximo software is a plus
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook
