Your New Role

日本市場向けの商品企画・開発をリードするポジションです。UKのバイイングチームの責任者と、日本のリテールシニアディレクターの双方にレポートします。ライセンス商品の戦略立案・実行、日本市場に合った商品ラインナップの構築、発売スケジュールと利益目標の達成が主なミッションとなります。

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • 日本市場に適したライセンス商品戦略の立案と実行


  • 優良なライセンシーやサプライヤーの発掘・交渉・契約


  • 日本限定商品や季節イベント向け商品の企画・開発


  • 商品ラインナップの社内承認プロセスの管理・プレゼンテーション


  • 顧客ニーズやトレンドの分析と提案


  • 商品開発の進行管理(クリティカルパス管理)


  • UKチームとの連携(サイズ、価格、デザインなどの調整)


  • サプライヤー評価と新規開拓(コンプライアンス対応含む)


  • 売上・在庫状況に応じた商品戦略の調整


  • チームのマネジメントと育成


  • 社内関連部署(MD、デザイン、EC、マーケなど)との連携

Qualifications & Experiences...

  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル(社内外の交渉・資料作成・プレゼンが可能)


  • 英語:ビジネスレベルが望ましいが、通訳を介して正確に仕事を進められる方も可能


  • ハリー・ポッターについての強い興味


  • 本社機能でのバイヤー経験(複数カテゴリの経験が望ましい)
  • ライセンスビジネスの経験(ライセンシー、ライセンサー、または関連企業

Working pattern:

  • 週37.5時間勤務(フルタイム)、月曜〜金曜の平日勤務が基本ですが、イギリスとの時差に対応するため、勤務時間には柔軟性が求められます。


  • 基本的には毎日出社をしていただきます(一部在宅可能)
