Your New Role

日本市場向けの商品企画・開発をリードするポジションです。UKのバイイングチームの責任者と、日本のリテールシニアディレクターの双方にレポートします。ライセンス商品の戦略立案・実行、日本市場に合った商品ラインナップの構築、発売スケジュールと利益目標の達成が主なミッションとなります。

Your Role Accountabilities...

• 日本市場に適したライセンス商品戦略の立案と実行

• 優良なライセンシーやサプライヤーの発掘・交渉・契約

• 日本限定商品や季節イベント向け商品の企画・開発

• 商品ラインナップの社内承認プロセスの管理・プレゼンテーション

• 顧客ニーズやトレンドの分析と提案

• 商品開発の進行管理（クリティカルパス管理）

• UKチームとの連携（サイズ、価格、デザインなどの調整）

• サプライヤー評価と新規開拓（コンプライアンス対応含む）

• 売上・在庫状況に応じた商品戦略の調整

• チームのマネジメントと育成

• 社内関連部署（MD、デザイン、EC、マーケなど）との連携

Qualifications & Experiences...

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（社内外の交渉・資料作成・プレゼンが可能）

• 英語：ビジネスレベルが望ましいが、通訳を介して正確に仕事を進められる方も可能

• ハリー・ポッターについての強い興味

• 本社機能でのバイヤー経験（複数カテゴリの経験が望ましい）
• ライセンスビジネスの経験（ライセンシー、ライセンサー、または関連企業

Working pattern:

• 週37.5時間勤務（フルタイム）、月曜〜金曜の平日勤務が基本ですが、イギリスとの時差に対応するため、勤務時間には柔軟性が求められます。

• 基本的には毎日出社をしていただきます（一部在宅可能）
