Your New Role...
- ワーナー・ブラザース・スタジオ・ツアー・東京のリテール製品が、店舗に不足することなく並ぶように、荷物の受け入れ、棚入れ、整理、搬出作業等を滞りなく行うこと
- 自分自身や他の作業者の安全に十分に配慮し、製品が破損、紛失することがないよう適切に取り扱うこと
- (eコマース導入後)最良の状態で製品をお届けするため、適切な梱包と滞りなく出荷作業を行うこと
Your Role Accountabilities...
- お客様の期待を超えるサービスの提供に寄与できるよう、最適な在庫を保つこと
- 手順やマニュアルを遵守し、効率的、効果的に製品を取り扱うこと
- 業務が円滑に行われるように仲間と良好な関係を築くこと
- 製品を通じてお客様にハリー・ポッターの世界を最大限体験していただくために、製品に対する理解を深めること
人・フォロワーシップ
- 自身および他の作業者の安全で健全な作業環境の保持と促進に最大限注意する
- ゲストのニーズを満たす為の最適なレベルのサービスを提供できるようにする
- マニュアルを遵守した作業、またその応用
- 探求心を持って、幅広い知識と技能を身に付ける
Qualifications & Experiences...
- 小売業における倉庫管理、在庫管理経験があれば尚可
- フォークリフト資格保持および操縦経験があれば尚可
- 施設等の立ち上げ業務に携わった経験があれば尚可
勤務形態
- 1か月単位変形労働制（週37.5時間が目安）
- 早朝、夜間業務あり
- 土日祝、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆）勤務
給与
時給：1400円
