Your New Role...

ハリー・ポッターショップ（赤坂／原宿）にて、ワークフォースプランナー業務のサポートを担当していただきます。ベンダー管理や発注・支払い、勤怠・シフト作成などを通じて店舗運営を支援し、業務効率化にも積極的に取り組んでいただきます。バックオフィス業務やオンボーディング対応など、ショップ運営に関わる幅広い業務をサポートも担当します。

Your Role Accountabilities...

• WBDの財務システムを使用し、発注書を作成、支出を追跡・監視を行う。必要に応じてベンダーへの未払い分のフォローアップを行う
• バックオフィスにて、インフラ整備、備品の在庫管理、外部ベンダーとの調整業務を行う
• 新規入社スタッフのオンボーディングをサポートし、セキュリティ部門と連携して入館パスの手配を行う
• 勤怠管理システムのモニターを行う。ワークフォースプランナーおよびリテールのチームメンバーが正確に勤怠記録を行えるようサポートする
• WBSJの他コーディネーターやメンバーと連携する
• マネージャーから指示されるショップ運営に関する様々な業務をサポートする

Qualifications & Experiences...

• 観光業やエンターテインメント施設などにてチームのスケジューリング経験
• 小売業またはサービス業にて、シフト制の勤務管理・人員計画経験
• コーディネーターまたはアドミニストレーションアシスタント（事務補佐）としての経験
• 小売業界での勤務経験があれば望ましい

• Microsoft OfficeなどのITスキルに精通していること
