Your New Role...

Warner Bros. is continuing to expand and evolve the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts with our Flagship Wizarding World store, in New York City. This store brings to life the magic of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts for all Fans and Super Fans of the franchise. Flagship Retail delivers incredible product, service and environments in spaces that truly celebrate the Wizarding World.

Your Accountabilities...

Store Operations

  • Collaborates with the senior visual merchandise manager to lead execution of in-store visual displays in support of sales objectives.
  • Executes seasonal and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensures that merchandise is presented in a visually appealing and organized manner.
  • Continuously updating displays to reflect changes in inventory and new products.
  • Designing and implementing displays, selecting props, and lighting, and creating planograms
  • Prepares visual strategies with the store manager to localize staffing requirements.
  • Participates in meetings with support groups to establish visual planning.

Financial Management

  • Is responsible for maintaining shrink to acceptable parameters.
  • Managing inventory levels of visual supplies and ensuring they are always available.
  • Oversee low and out of stock merch categories.
  • Responsible for maintaining acceptable parameters in visual setup spend.

Collaboration

  • Works closely with management to present visual merchandising roadmap for the store.
  • Provides feedback to store manager for performance evaluations for staff.
  • Synchronizes with senior visual merchandise manager on all creative recommendations.
  • Supports store manager in associate recruitment.
  • Coordinate special events and exhibits when needed.

Qualifications and Experience...

  • Minimum 4 years experience in premium retail with a visual merchandise background
  • Exhibited proficiency for business acumen with exceptional customer service experience
  • Good understanding of business and financial concepts and demonstrated ability to lead the team to drive results.
  • Established time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

The Legal Bits...
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,700.00 - $79,300.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
