Your New Role
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for junior-to-senior level roles across the Capability Center in Mexico City. This role will provide strategic hiring support in response to growing demands within the T&O, GCO, Transactional finance and Streaming Marketing teams.
In addition to managing end-to-end recruitment, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will drive candidate engagement from interview through offer acceptance, oversee the selection process, and influence key stakeholders to achieve the TA´s results. The role also involves partnering with sourcing teams to map talent, providing market intelligence, and advising business leaders on hiring strategies and trends.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Facilitate the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure a positive experience for applicants and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with P&C and the business to understand their business strategy and talent requirements.
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage client/partner expectations.
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and clients with minimal escalations. Actively source through various market channels e.g., LinkedIn, local job boards, networks, social media, etc. to proactively identify suitable candidates.
- Ensures the interview and candidate slate prep is completed within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Understands and communicate the diversity goals of the organization and how it relates to their search and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor´s degree
- Advanced English
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical recruiter. A combination of agency and in-house recruitment experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of sourcing and recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing search strategies, market mapping, and leveraging industry insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ATS platforms for sourcing, tracking, managing, and closing candidates. Familiarity with advanced sourcing and research techniques.
