Your New Role:
As the Staff, Solution Architect IRM (Integrated Risk Management), you will play a critical role in the design and deployment of IRM in ServiceNow. Based in Atlanta, you will act as the principal architect and subject matter expert for the Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules within ServiceNow.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the technical architecture, ensuring best practices in risk management processes, and guiding successful implementation of these modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic direction, and ensure the solutions meet both business needs and regulatory requirements. Your deep understanding of each module will be vital in positioning our enterprise to effectively manage and mitigate risks.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Technical Leadership & Architectural Design
- Lead the architectural design and technical direction for ServiceNow IRM module implementations.
- Ensure the solutions architect integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise tools and processes.
- Provide technical mentoring to team members and lead technical workshops.
Strategy Implementation & Solution Delivery
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure architectural solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with the broader IT and business strategy.
- Act as a liaison with the IT and Security teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
- Advise senior management on best practices and strategies related to IRM implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations.
- Act as an IRM evangelist to raise awareness and foster understanding across the company.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in IRM and ServiceNow capabilities, incorporating new technologies where appropriate.
- Lead innovation initiatives to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the IRM modules.
- Conduct regular reviews of systems and processes, recommending improvements.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- At least 7 years of direct experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
- Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture and project management.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in designing integrated risk management solutions according to best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
Not Required but Preferred Experience:
- Experience with other IRM systems and integrations in a large-scale environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience in a global corporation or highly regulated industry.
