Your New Role

The Senior Manager, Growth Operations, Pricing & Commercialization will be responsible for driving expectations and operational efficiency, sound process development and execution of CNN subscription promotions (eg. Offers, discounts), strategic initiatives (eg. partnership, price increases), and product monetization enhancements. You will identify opportunity, adeptly navigate ambiguity, build strong cross-functional bridges between product development, marketing, and strategy teams, and deliver repeatable, scalable processes that serve the needs of our global cross-functional partners and the business. You are versatile, flexible, and diplomatic, proactively identifying opportunities to support the execution of global promos and tackling new strategic initiatives in an ever-evolving environment. You are truly collaborative, always up for a new challenge, and enjoy making the business better for everyone.

Your Role Accountabilities

The Growth Operations roles and scope will evolve as the business does - adaptability and a wholehearted willingness to pivot and take on whatever is needed is essential.

  • Support the delivery and execution of various promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives (e.g., Offers, Price Increases, Partnerships) by driving the definition of project scope, develop detailed project plans, calendars, creative execution, and post launch evaluation.
  • Track open issues, identify risks, and enable resolution by enlisting needed stakeholders and working groups.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize tools, forms, templates, surveys, reports, trackers, and dashboards (Airtable, Asana, JIRA, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.) to support the project planning and execution process.
  • Work cross functionally alongside marketing, product, engineering, tech, finance, legal, customer experience to turn ideas into action.
  • Create and present impactful business-case storytelling for executives and stakeholders.
  • Confidently lead efficient, effective meetings.
  • Help our stakeholders on board with new tools and processes to enable scalable and repeatable operations.
  • Support the team in bringing sound process development and project management to the pricing, packaging, and promotions space.
  • Be a champion for sensible, effective processes. Consistently monitor and enhance our current practices including process, tools, and communications plans.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, business operations or 3-5 years as a management consultant; .
  • 2-3 years of experience with subscription-based products and/or pricing, partnerships, or marketing operations.
  • Experience with project management processes for governance and tracking; Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficient using project management software (Airtable, Asana, JIRA, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Thrives in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments, constantly, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Organized self-starter with a strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including negotiation and coalition building with cross-functional stakeholders.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $91,127.00 - $169,237.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
