The Campaign Management team is responsible for managing the creation and delivery of thousands of assets per year that will be distributed to the HBO and Max linear and streaming services as well as social and paid media and off-channel advertising and owned and operated networks. This underlying support structure is critical in keeping all promotional assets and marketing milestones on target to ensure deadlines are met and on budget for all of our various distribution platforms.

Your New Role

Reporting to the VP, of Campaign Management and Operations, the Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for HBO and Max Originals. The Senior Manager will manage all holistic timelines and milestones from inception to delivery across numerous marketing campaigns. Additionally, they will delegate tasks to team members when receiving support on projects, assign responsibilities, and serve as POC (Point of Contact) with Originals Marketing, MAV, Promo scheduling, promo planning, and other cross-functional internal teams.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Manage all campaign timelines, milestones, and key beats. Lead high-level, long lead & general campaign meetings. Disseminate relevant information to coordinators and clients.


  • Meet with various programming/production teams and disseminate all status updates to the wider team.


  • Align with Originals Marketing, MAV, Promo Planning, and Scheduling on campaign promo strategy.


  • Partner with media teams across paid & owned channels ensuring consistent campaign flighting and managing deliverables needed for teams to meet goals.


  • Oversee a team consisting of coordinators and direct the day to day of the team's campaigns, making sure to flag any possible roadblocks for timely delivery to all clients and to upper management if necessary.


  • Create, execute, and introduce business and system processes ensuring data accuracy while thinking holistically about impacts across all cross-functional teams.



Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum 8 years of relevant campaign and project management experience in the media/entertainment field preferably a streaming service


  • Champions diversity, equity, and inclusion


  • Successful history working with executive leadership. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interface at senior levels within and outside the organization.


  • Experience managing a team.


  • Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Monday.com and/or Airtable


  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments requiring teamwork and flexibility.


  • Ability to track and keep projects on schedule, manage tight deadlines, and shift priorities at a moment's notice.


  • Excellent attention to detail, solid follow-up skills, and ability to think strategically and solve problems.


  • Knowledge of video and key art post-production (finishing workflows, formats)


  • Experience working with and managing in-house and external agencies and vendors.


  • Familiarity with social media platforms and formats as related back to specs, and deliverables.


  • Ability to work flexible hours, late nights, and sometimes weekends when necessary.
