Your New Role:

As a Sr.Business Analyst in Media Platform Operations (MPO), you will provide support to business operations functions such as project budgeting, forecasting, resource management, procurement and special projects as needed. This role plays a pivotal role to the daily operations of MPO, and as such, your ability to manage the aforementioned functions successfully and efficiently across multiple projects and initiatives - all in parallel -- is critical.

Your Role Accountabilities:

  • Facilitates and coordinates procurement, invoice reconciliation, and goods receipt processes tied to large capital budget for MPO infrastructure programs and projects


  • Guides and assists MPO leadership and service owners on various business operations functions ( Budgeting, Forecasting, Procurement, Project Operations)


  • Coordinates with key business partners on process and tools (Finance, Procurement, Sourcing, Application Teams, Enterprise PMO)


  • Responsible for owning tools and process documentation related to project and business operations


  • Responsible for making enhancements to MPO Portfolio (Smartsheet) and Reporting


  • Schedules team meetings, prepare meeting agendas, publish meeting notes, and track any action items


  • Assists with MPO special projects and change management, training activities

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent


  • 5+ years' experience working and supporting business functions within infrastructure platform and operations group (Network, Compute and Storage, Cloud, Data Centers)


  • Familiar with end-to-end procurement and leasing process tied to hardware and software purchases


  • Experience managing technical infrastructure budgets and forecasts


  • Proficient in Jira, Smartsheet, Sharepoint, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.


  • Strong data analytic and organizational skills


  • Knowledge of SAP and Ariba is a plus


  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Required / preferred experience:

Familiar with basic infrastructure terminology (data center, network, compute storage, cloud)
