ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • realizacja i optymalizacja projektów specjalnych digital bazujących na content marketingu, produkcji video, aktywnościach social media, partnerstwach reklamowych, e-commerce
  • budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z klientami bezpośrednimi i domami mediowymi
  • współpraca z innymi jednostkami organizacyjnymi WBD w celu realizacji projektów specjalnych
  • współpraca z zewnętrznymi dostawcami w celu realizacji produkcji contentowych oraz implementacji stron internetowych
  • raportowanie i prezentacja efektów zakończonych projektów
  • wprowadzanie do systemów i monitorowanie kosztów projektowych

OCZEKIWANIA WOBEC KANDYDATA_KI:

Doświadczenie i wiedza branżowa:

  • minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie w realizacji projektów niestandardowych digital
  • znajomość trendów w mediach społecznościowych, content marketingu i reklamie online
  • umiejętność oceny jakości treści (pisanych, graficznych, wideo) oraz rozumienie procesu ich tworzenia

Umiejętności analityczne i kreatywne:

  • zdolność analizowania potrzeb klienta i dopasowywania formy realizacji do jego wymagań.
  • kreatywność w rozwiązywaniu wyzwań projektowych

Znajomość produktów, narzędzi i technologii:

  • praktyczna znajomość platform social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
  • znajomość wskaźników i narzędzi służących do analizy aktywności na stronach internetowych

Komunikacja i organizacja pracy:

  • zaawansowane umiejętności komunikacyjne
  • dobra organizacja pracy i zarządzanie wieloma projektami jednocześnie
  • umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym środowisku i współpracy z zespołem kreatywnym
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B1 lub wyższym

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • execution and optimization of special digital projects based on content marketing, video production, social media activities, advertising partnerships, e-commerce
  • building and maintaining relationships with direct clients and media agencies
  • cooperation with other WBD organizational units to deliver special projects
  • collaboration with external vendors to produce content and implement websites
  • reporting and presenting the results of completed projects
  • entering and monitoring project costs in internal systems

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Experience and industry knowledge:

  • minimum 2 years of experience in executing non-standard digital projects
  • knowledge of trends in social media, content marketing, and online advertising
  • ability to assess the quality of content (written, graphic, video) and understanding of the content creation process

Analytical and creative skills:

  • ability to analyze client needs and tailor project execution accordingly
  • creativity in solving project challenges

Knowledge of products, tools, and technologies:

  • practical knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
  • familiarity with metrics and tools used to analyze website activity

Communication and work organization:

  • advanced communication skills
  • good work organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with creative teams
  • English language proficiency at B1 level or higher

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
