Poszukujemy Realizatora_ki projektów, który_a będzie odpowiedzialny_a za koordynację, wdrażanie i bieżącą obsługę projektów digitalowych. W zakresie obowiązków będzie współpraca z zespołami kreatywnymi, technicznymi, BR, influencerami, produkcją, redakcjami oraz bezpośrednio z klientami i partnerami zewnętrznymi.
Zakres obowiązków:
- Koordynacja i realizacja projektów online / influencer
- Przygotowywanie harmonogramów projektów, monitorowanie ich realizacji i raportowanie postępów
- Współpraca z zespołami kreatywnymi, technicznymi, BR, influencami, produkcją, redakcjami oraz bezpośrednio z klientami i partnerami zewnętrznymi.
- Nadzór nad produkcją i publikacją treści online (m.in. txt, landing page'y, materiałów wideo, grafik i animacji)
- Weryfikacja i kontrola jakości materiałów digitalowych przed publikacją
- Współpraca z partnerami technologicznymi oraz agencjami zewnętrznymi
- Udział w opracowywaniu koncepcji kreatywnych i wsparcie zespołu przy tworzeniu ofert dla klientów
- Analiza efektów realizowanych projektów i rekomendowanie usprawnień
Oczekujemy:
- minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w realizacji projektów niestandardowych digital
- znajomość trendów w mediach społecznościowych, content marketingu, influencer i reklamie online
- zdolność analizowania potrzeb klienta i dopasowywania formy realizacji do jego wymagań
- znajomość wskaźników i narzędzi służących do analizy aktywności na stronach internetowych i social media
- znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B1 lub wyższym

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and managing digital projects. The role involves collaboration with creative, technical, BR teams, influencers, production, editorial teams, as well as direct contact with clients and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and execution of online/influencer projects
- Preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, and reporting updates
- Collaborating with creative, technical, BR teams, influencers, production, editorial teams, and directly with clients and external partners
- Supervising the production and publication of online content (e.g., text, landing pages, video materials, graphics, and animations)
- Verifying and ensuring the quality of digital materials before publication
- Working with technology partners and external agencies
- Participating in the development of creative concepts and supporting the team in preparing client proposals
- Analyzing project outcomes and recommending improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executing non-standard digital projects
- Knowledge of trends in social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, and online advertising
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor project execution to meet their requirements
- Familiarity with metrics and tools used to analyze website and social media activity
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
