We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Specialist, Global Distribution Operations to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will play a supportive role in the many facets of global distribution, including onboarding new partnerships and/or technical enhancements, scheduling content, determining rights and availability clearances for content, identifying proper versions of content for distribution, tracking fulfillment, QA and triaging content or technical defects.
The Specialist will be nimble at navigating the overall needs of the Global Distribution team with the goal of providing fans around the world with a best-in-class experience with our content.
Responsibilities:
- Driving project management in a matrixed organization (maintaining trackers, ticketing issues, driving tech adoption, tracking issue trends, etc.)
- Maintaining business as usual content operations tasks such as scheduling, updating, version selection and supporting proper rights availability
- Triaging feedback relating to daily content and/or technical issues from users, partners and internal teams
- Contributing to on-time publishing efforts across the globe including cross-functional efforts to adhere to scheduling, collating readiness reports, overriding localization requirements, raising tickets for publishing blockers and communicating at-risk titles with relevant groups
- Adopting and embracing new operational projects and technology features, including following complex runbooks and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in entertainment media, streaming, content publishing, project or program management, DTC or content operations, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all level
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Self-starter who thrives in deadline-driven environments
