Your new role:
WBDs Digital Amplification Specialist oversees implementing, optimizing, and delivering paid sponsorships campaigns per ad sales requests, guaranteeing correct delivery whilst maintaining healthy budget consumption on the amplification. Serves as a direct POC for Commercial Planning teams in Latam regions for planning recommendations, campaign health check and results data for amplified campaigns, as well as support for Digital Monetization teams in terms of data recollecting and management for analysis, forecasting and strategy.
Your role accountabilities:
- Implementation, execution and delivering of regional digital Ad Sales paid media campaigns (Meta Business Manager, TikTok for Business, LinkedIn, X, Microsoft Invest, DV360).
- Provides historical Paid media data to Digital Monetization stakeholders for keeping planning tools and resources up to date, provide reporting data & support to commercial planning teams regarding paid media based campaigns.
- Point of contact for commercial planning teams working with account executives and/or clients, to provide insights back to stakeholders on what is working/not working with amplification campaigns, provides guidance to the commercial planning teams to maximize performance based on various campaigns being executed, identifying opportunities for optimal planning and execution, provide strong insights into performance for real time optimization by the ad sales / planning / content teams and consequently sharing audience and content performance data and insights with such stakeholders.
- Provide Paid Social & Open Market strategic recommendations and maximize revenue of Digital Monetization whilst achieving campaign KPIs, establishing campaign implementation recommendations, including but not limited to: Campaign & packages planning, targeting recommendation, platform split based on observed behavior, ad format split and frameworks for optimization, among others.
- Work with the strategic planning team to ensure accurate billing and pacing.
- Perform daily / weekly campaign health check.

- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business or related.
- English: Intermediate.
- 3+ experience in digital marketing in media companies or media agencies in digital planning and implementation.
- Experience in self service digital advertising platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok for Business, LinkedIn, X, Microsoft Invest, DV360).
- Experience managing trading desks and/or paid social media teams.
- Experience with digital analytics and research platforms.
