About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional programs that support the delivery of world-class sports experiences across our digital platforms. Based in Bengaluru, you'll manage multiple projects within a broader program, working closely with engineering, product, operations, and external partners to ensure successful execution.

This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in technical program management who is ready to take ownership of impactful initiatives, drive process improvements, and influence outcomes across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Program Management: Lead multiple projects within a program, managing dependencies across teams and ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Execution Ownership: Take full ownership of project delivery from initiation to launch. Adapt plans quickly in response to changing requirements or emerging issues.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to define requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations.
• Problem Solving: Tackle clearly defined business problems without predefined technical solutions. Drive resolution independently or engage the right experts when needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing workflows and introduce new processes that improve efficiency across multiple teams. Advocate for thoughtful change and challenge the status quo.
• Communication: Lead meetings across technical and business teams, ensuring productive discussions and clear follow-ups. Communicate complex technical concepts and program updates effectively to diverse audiences.
• Influence & Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert in your domain. Use data to guide roadmap priorities and influence software design and operational improvements.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior TPMs and new team members. Seek feedback and collaborate with senior TPMs to support your own growth and development.

Qualifications
• Experience: 7-10 years of program management experience in technology-focused roles, ideally in digital media, streaming, or live sports platforms.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite.
• Execution Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects independently, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing cross-functional meetings and producing clear documentation.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across teams and levels.
• Passion for Sports & Media: Enthusiasm for sports and a desire to deliver exceptional fan experiences through technology.
