Your New Role
WBD is recruiting an Associate Program Manager to join the global Commerce Operations team, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Client, Marketing, Growth, and Legal to ensure the proper implementation of global D2C commerce flows. The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for managing workstreams related to market launches, promotional campaigns, and ongoing commerce projects, especially for NAMER and LATAM regions. This role is key to ensuring correct pricing and content packaging for customers, balancing business goals with customer satisfaction.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Project manage workstreams related to new market launches, promotional campaigns, and commerce projects, particularly for NAMER and LATAM regions.
• Set up and support marketing, affiliate, and talent-related voucher campaigns.
• Create and manage new price plans for web/direct customers and on various IAP platforms (e.g., App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Amazon Developer Portal, Roku, Samsung, Vizio).
• Manage and upload new avatars on Max.
• Collaborate with Product managers and engineers to launch new commerce operation initiatives.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, manage, and resolve dependencies or blockers.
• Create and manage the team's wiki pages, documenting workflows.
• Assist engineering and customer service teams in troubleshooting customer issues related to commerce flows.
• Manage VIP bulk access to D2C services for internal staff and external partners.
Qualifications & Experiences
• Proven experience managing projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to self-organize and drive projects to completion.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams, especially in US and LATAM-based offices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues related to commerce flows.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing workloads with tight deadlines.
• Advanced English skills.
The Nice to Haves
• Experience working with pricing and content management platforms.
• Familiarity with the tools and systems used in commerce operations (e.g., App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
• Previous experience working in a global, remote team environment.
• Knowledge of VIP access management and customer service best practices.
• Experience working within the media or entertainment industry.
