Your New Role:
The Senior Product Manager - ITSM (Broadcast Focus) will play a pivotal role in the Enterprise Service Management Office (ESMO), driving the evolution and success of ServiceNow-based solutions tailored to broadcast and linear television operations. Based in Atlanta, this role reports to the Manager of Product Management and is part of a collaborative team of product managers responsible for delivering high-impact, enterprise-scale solutions.
This role will focus on optimizing IT Service Management (ITSM), Field Service Management (FSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ServiceNow modules and a strong understanding of broadcast operations, ensuring that platform capabilities align with business needs and deliver measurable value.
The Senior Product Manager will engage directly with business stakeholders to shape demand, define user stories, and guide the development lifecycle. This role will also work closely with Platform Engineering to prioritize and deliver enhancements that align with strategic roadmaps and enterprise goals.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and evolve product strategies for ITSM, FSM, CSM, and EAM within the broadcast and linear television domain.
- Translate business needs into product roadmaps aligned with the broader ESM platform strategy.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Product Management to ensure product direction supports enterprise objectives and platform governance.

Stakeholder Engagement & Demand Shaping
- Partner with business units to understand operational challenges and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather feedback and shape user stories.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
Delivery & Execution
- Collaborate with Enterprise Service Management Engineering (ESME) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product enhancements.
- Prioritize product backlogs and support sprint planning activities to ensure alignment with roadmap goals.
- Monitor product performance and adoption, using data to inform continuous improvement.
Platform Alignment & Operational Excellence
- Ensure product development aligns with platform standards, governance, and architectural best practices.
- Promote reuse of platform capabilities and drive consistency across ServiceNow implementations.
- Support operational excellence by identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved user experience.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise platforms and ITSM.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including deep knowledge of ITSM, FSM, CSM, and EAM modules.
- Proven experience supporting broadcast or telecommunications operations, with a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management in those environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, influencing outcomes through collaboration and strategic thinking.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Not Required but Preferred Experience:
- ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, FSM, or CSM.
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher-level certifications (e.g., ITIL Strategic Leader).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with media and entertainment industry workflows and technologies.
Atlanta based candidates will be a priority to consider as relocation assistance is not approved for this role.
