Your Role:
The Senior Mobility Procurement Analyst is a member of the Telecom and Mobility team and has the following primary areas of responsibility for Domestic US: Mobility Procurement, Fulfill Requestor Inquiries, Reporting & Analytics, Supplier Account Management
Your role accountabilities
Mobility Procurement (50%)
- Oversee, analyze, and procure mobile device program which includes iPhones, tablets, and MiFi units for Warner Bros. Discovery
- Source mobile devices through providers that best meet the needs of the requester or project
- Individual will serve as Subject Matter Expert related to all things Mobility
- Buying responsibilities include managing the product catalog to keep the equipment models and pricing updated, processing Purchase Orders and managing the relationships with the mobile suppliers
Fulfill Requestor Inquiries (20%)
- Respond to end user requests related to mobile device and plan pricing, order tracking, and communication with supplier and end-user
- Partner with Asset Management and Client support on receiving and mobile device configuration, respectively
Reporting & Analytics (20%)
- Analyze invoices, order tracking reporting, and validation on wireless expense management
- Act as the primary day to day billing contact, optimizing voice and data plans to initiate savings opportunities, identify errors and discrepancies on the bill
- Primary point of contact with Warner Bros. Discovery 3rd party billing supplier to ensure timely and efficient payment to carriers
Supplier Account Management (5%)
- Maintain good relationships with key domestic US mobility suppliers and ensure the procurement system is kept up to date with the key supplier information
- Resolve supplier issues in a timely manner and ensure they will be escalated to management appropriately

Process Improvement (5%)
- Provide subject matter expertise on opportunities for improvement in procurement processes. This may involve collaborating with business analysts to streamline activities for the benefit of the operation.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of mobility procurement experience
- 5+ years of supplier management experience
- Strong business analytics experience,
- Strong attention to detail
- Great organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with limited direction
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PREFERRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, LICENSING, OR CERTIFICATION
- CITAM or other ITAM certifications
