Your New Role...

The Promotion Scheduling Specialist is responsible for managing the scheduling, placement, and execution of promotional content for HBO Max in EMEA. The role requires a keen eye for detail, an understanding of content strategy, and a passion for optimizing viewer experiences through compelling in-stream trailers, promotion and extras materials.

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. Please submit your application in English.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Promo Scheduling & Management: Oversee the timely and accurate scheduling of in-stream promotional content across HBO Max in EMEA on Ad Free and Ad Lite tiers.
• Audience Targeting: Work with the In-stream Strategy Team to ensure that promos are targeted to the correct audience groups based on content preferences and viewing habits.
• Collaboration with Content Operations Teams: Partner with the Global Content Operations Team on timings for deliveries to ensure a smooth process for media exporting and scheduling.
• Collaboration with Product and Tech Teams: Partner with product teams to improve and optimize scheduling tools and workflows, ensuring that the systems used for promo scheduling are user-friendly and efficient.
• Platform Integration: Use internal scheduling software and tools to manage the scheduling of promos within the HBO Max streaming service's interface.
• Optimization & Adjustments: Make real-time adjustments to the promo schedule to address performance insights or strategic changes from In-stream strategy, marketing and programming teams.

Qualifications & Experience...

• Experience in media, television networks, or the streaming industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with content scheduling or content operations is a bonus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with digital project management tools and platforms, with a focus on operational execution and delivery.
• A deep interest in television and entertainment, combined with enthusiasm for creating and implementing innovative promotional strategies.
