Obowiązki:

• koordynacja nagrań poszczególnych odcinków programu, w tym emisja programu na żywo;
• organizacja wyjazdów zdjęciowych w kraju i zagranicą, rezerwacja noclegów, przejazdów;
• stała współpraca z reporterami i wydawcami programu oraz producentami TVN24, realizatorami wizji, działem koordynacji, działem produkcji zagranicznej, recepcją, biurami podróży, magazynami sprzętu, portalem tvn24+, archiwum, redakcjami krajowymi TVN24;
• koordynowanie połączeń reporterskich na żywo;
• współpraca z wydawcą programu przy tworzeniu serwisu informacyjnego;
• dbanie o przejrzystą komunikację podczas produkcji programów na żywo;
• tworzenia bazy danych nowych gości i ekspertów zapraszanych do programów, zapraszanie oraz opieka nad gościem podczas programu
• składanie wniosków o akredytacje dla dziennikarzy;
• koordynacja pracy zespołu operatorów i reporterów.

Wymagania:

• podstawowa znajomość procesów produkcji programów informacyjnych;
• znajomość j.angielskiego;
• dobra organizacja pracy i zaangażowanie w wykonywanie powierzonych obowiązków;
• dokładność, skrupulatność;
• komunikatywność;
• umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu, podzielność uwagi;
• podstawowa wiedza na temat sytuacji społeczno-politycznej w Polsce oraz orientacja w bieżących wydarzeniach;
• dyspozycyjność wynikająca z procesu produkcji programu telewizyjnego.

Responsibilities:

• coordinating the recording of individual episodes of the program, including live broadcasts;
• organizing filming trips both domestically and internationally, including booking accommodation and transportation;
• maintaining ongoing collaboration with reporters, program editors, TVN24 producers, vision operators, coordination department, international production team, reception, travel agencies, equipment warehouses, tvn24+ portal, archives, and national editorial teams of TVN24;
• coordinating live reporter connections;
• supporting the program editor in creating the news service;
• ensuring clear communication during live program production;
• building and maintaining a database of new guests and experts invited to the programs, including guest invitations and on-site care during broadcasts;
• submitting accreditation requests for journalists;
• coordinating the work of camera operators and reporters.

Requirements:

• basic knowledge of news program production processes;
• proficiency in English;
• strong organizational skills and commitment to assigned tasks;
• accuracy and attention to detail;
• excellent communication skills;
• ability to work under time pressure and multitask;
• basic understanding of Poland's socio-political landscape and current events;
• availability aligned with the demands of television program production.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
