Your New Role
Warner Brothers Discovery is looking for a Program Management Office (PMO) Coordinator to join our Technology & Operations team. We are looking for that rare candidate possibly with a background of working in a PMO, but not essential, with exemplary written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. This is a role inside a fast-paced environment where we are also building process and structure befitting a major corporate entity. This position will appeal to a person who is excited by end user experience and new technologies, while yearning to help shape project and portfolio management practices and contribute towards establishing the overall strategy of the Information Technology space.
Your Role Accountabilities:
- Run and own the administration of one new enterprise process
- Review and monitor incoming PMO requests and route accordingly
- Provide support to projects and PMs as required
- Assist the Project and Program teams by coordinating change program activities and initiatives to improve capability
- Organize (and schedule) Program meetings with Boards, Steering Groups, Project Managers and other Program stakeholders.
- Support preparation of materials for meetings and ensure distribution in a timely manner
- Custodian of PMO documentation on SharePoint site
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2 years of project support/project administration experience
- MS Office: Word, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet
- 1 years of scheduling, and meeting managing experience
- Remedy, Ivanti, or Service Now experience is a huge plus
Atlanta area based candidates will be prioritized for role, as relocation assistance is not available
Qualified recent college grads are encouraged to apply
