Your New Role...
The Film and TV Marketing Specialist role is part of the Content Sales team responsible for marketing film and TV content for transactional sales (Buy and rent content). The Specialist supports the marketing teams in executing consumer and retail marketing strategies across digital and physical formats. In this position, the specialist will coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as international territories, supporting the managers and directors in formulating the global marketing plan, tactics, and initiatives that drive revenue through the lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital transactional landscape coupled with a passion for entertainment.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Work with managers on films, TV series and animated new release, as well as DC library titles and new-to-format 4K remastered film campaigns including
- Power Point creation and maintenance
- cross-functional coordination leading up to and throughout duration of campaign across all teams including social, creative, publicity, promotions and media to route marketing materials and assets for approval and delivery to maintain campaign deadlines and timelines
- Maintain and distribute team campaign calendars (release schedule, competitive calendar) and production status reports
- Coordinate and share monthly international call agenda
- Create selling guides for upcoming film releases with relevant marketing details
- Coordinate and support social teams on asset management
- Manage creation and execution of New release bundles
- Support the team on ad hoc analyses and budget needs (e.g., writing presentations for management, consolidating actual costs for post-street financial reporting, etc.)
- Collaborate with promotional team to approve and develop marketing materials for any partnerships promotions secures
- Manage creative briefing and product development for U.S initiatives
- Support Publicity team on ad hoc stunts or influencers campaigns
- Coordinate process to make selected DC TV series available on digital platforms
- Coordinate with international markets to share guidelines and best practices
- Supports Managers, Directors and VP
Qualifications and Experience...
Work Experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, entertainment marketing, digital marketing, consumer packaged goods, advertising agency or account management required.
- Previous experience in the entertainment industry (especially home video) preferred.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Literature, Film, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
Knowledge/Skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Knowledge of smartsheet applications a plus
- Knowledge of theatrical and home entertainment product.
- Analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).
- Knowledge of superheroes and comics is a plus.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $54,600.00 - $101,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
