Your New Role:

The Manager, Workplace Project Management will be responsible for leading our Workplace organization in delivering exceptional results across various technological domains. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills to drive our initiatives forward.

Your Role Accountabilities:

OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts for the Workplace Organization ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and project delivery across multiple departments.


  • Supervise and coordinate projects related to Microsoft 365, Endpoint Engineering, Microsoft Exchange, Custom Development on Microsoft 365, AV Engineering, Collaboration Tools and DevOps platforms.


  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.


  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.


  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project status and achievements.


  • Gather feedback and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.


  • Promote a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving.


  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including team members, budget, and tools, to ensure project success.


  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.


  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and process enhancements.


  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure project objectives are met.


  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with the company's financial goals.

STRATEGY

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand team needs and dependencies to better align business processes.


  • Accurately and clearly articulate strategic issues and provide relevant, logical options for solving them.


  • Create comprehensive and meaningful strategy presentations for senior executives.


  • Ability to build a framework and drive development through dynamic business intelligence tools and dashboards for use in ongoing business planning and goal measurement through KPIs.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.


  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, endpoint engineering, Exchange, AV systems, collaboration tools, and DevOps methodologies.


  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.


  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.


  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


  • Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and client satisfaction.

Not Required but preferred experience:

  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.


  • Previous experience in a similar industry or domain.


  • Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.)


  • Experience working in a national or global company


  • Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)


  • Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment
