The Job
Warner Bros. is a top video games publisher and we continue to expand by adding great people and leveraging the best portfolio of brands and intellectual property in the industry. We are looking to add enthusiastic, talented, and experienced professionals to our Global Marketing team.
As part of the Owned Media and Ad Monetization team, you will contribute to the marketing efforts of WBD's key games and franchises. You will support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and ongoing growth by operating a portfolio of owned marketing channels.
Candidates are also expected to have experience in digital marketing, business operations, familiarity with performance data and project management skills. Successful candidates exhibit the right balance of utilizing data to inform decisions while combining a non-conventional/"thinking outside the box" attitude to execute and achieve results.

In this critical role, candidates will work closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, User Acquisition, Marketing Creative Services, Data Science, and other teams across the Global Games Marketing organization and Warner Bros. Discovery.
The Daily
- Develop, launch, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across several owned marketing channels including in-game, digital video and display, streaming, linear and more
- Work cross-functionally to align marketing plans with business goals, product timelines, and audience insights
- Contribute to data-informed marketing efforts aimed at acquiring, engaging and retaining key target audiences
- Plan campaigns that include testing, measuring, and insights gathering to improve performance over time
- Work closely with Brand, Product Marketing, and Creative Services teams to develop marketing assets and creative content
- Research and keep abreast of industry trends and best practices. Evaluate new technology and/or marketing methodologies
The Essentials:
- 4+ years experienced in mobile and/or console games digital marketing, digital cross-promotion, user acquisition or similar performance marketing background
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or Mathematics
- Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving
- Ability to collaborate across different disciplines and locations to achieve results
- Experience optimizing and adjusting strategy and tactics for ROI
- Proficiency with MS Office (incl. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Drive products
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different disciplines and locations to achieve results
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and prioritize work to meet specific deadlines required
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
- Flexibility to travel to Warner Bros. studios as required
- Attendance at industry conferences as require
The Nice to Haves
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, and other data visualization platforms a plus
- Experience with Data.ai, SensorTower, or other market intelligence products a plus
- Working knowledge of SQL a plus
- Passion/knowledge about games is a plus

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $103,250.00 - $191,750.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
