Job Responsibilites
- Providing legal advice, drafting legal opinions, particularly in the areas of media law, copyright law, criminal law, and administrative law.
- Developing and reviewing contract drafts and participating in negotiations.
- Supporting and actively participating in contacts with supervisory authorities, especially the National Broadcasting Council, the Office of Electronic Communications, etc., regarding matters handled by the Group.
- Developing and reviewing regulations, procedures, powers of attorney, and document templates.
- Preparing draft letters and responses.
- Providing legal assistance in matters of rights protection, particularly legal and procedural representation and appearing before courts, authorities, law enforcement agencies, participating in negotiations concerning the conclusion of settlements, preparing settlement drafts, acknowledging debt, waiving claims, etc.
- Preparing website and contest regulations, with a particular focus on consumer protection issues.
- Continuously monitoring case law and legislative changes in the regulatory area of the Group.
Job Qualification Standards
- University degree in law and legal advisor qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience with legal. Project management experience is a plus.
- Fluent English language skills (C1) and the ability to work with English-language contracts
- Experience in cooperation with Media Houses and Advertising Agencies is desirable
- Good time management skills
- High personal culture
- Independence, efficiency, and responsibility
- Teamwork skills, communicativeness, and ease of establishing contacts
