Your New Role...

WBGSD is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our ever growing MultiVersus team. The ideal candidate for this role has worked with internal teams defining business goals and translating goals into business requirements and/or design specifications. Specifically, the Lead Product Manager will play an integral role in managing, optimizing, and communicating the game's business performance and act as a key stakeholder in driving successful business outcomes for the product.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Create and maintain business performance models and projections; able to incorporate the impact of product roadmap initiatives.
  • Closely monitor all aspects of the product's performance during live operations, including game health and KPIs for key features.
  • Lead communication, education, and reporting of performance results to Senior Staff on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate across multiple disciplines to lead, implement, and measure live event initiatives, experiments, and outcomes.
  • Perform in-depth analyses on trends in game economy, monetization, engagement, and user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Live Operations stakeholders to design and execute events, promotions, and in-game activities that drive incremental engagement and monetization.
  • Lead, manage, mentor, and train junior product talent.

Qualifications And Experience...

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other applicable graduate degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in games product management with a proven track record of launching and operating successful free-to-play game at scale.
  • Deep understanding of free-to-play business models, including monetization strategies, KPIs, and product forecasting; experience with HD/AAA free-to-play games preferred.
  • Expertise in exercising a scientific, data-driven approach in strategies relating to product growth and retention.
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modeling is required; experience using SQL is required.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $121,100.00 - $224,900.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
