Obowiązki
- Wsparcie Kierownika Projektów IT (obszar People&Culture - HR) w codziennych obowiązkach
- Monitoring potrzeb obsługiwanego obszaru biznesowego, zbieranie i opracowywanie wymagań do systemów informatycznych
- Uczestnictwo i prowadzenie warsztatów i spotkań z użytkownikami biznesowymi
- Współpraca z dostawcami systemów IT w zakresie dostarczania przez nich nowych funkcjonalności lub naprawy błędów
- Wykonywanie prostych konfiguracji systemów z obsługiwanego obszaru
- Tworzenie dokumentacji projektów realizowanych w ramach wsparcia informatycznego obsługiwanego obszaru
Wymagania
Doświadczenie: Nie wymagamy konkretnego doświadczenia w branży IT, ale dodatkowym atutem kandydata będzie doświadczenie na stanowisku Kierownika Projektów IT lub innym związanym z procesem rozwoju systemów IT. Wykształcenie wyższe, może być w trakcie studiów (dodatkowym atutem będą studia informatyczne).
Umiejętności: Analityczne podejście do realizacji powierzonych zadań, umiejętności komunikacyjne, dobra organizacja pracy.
Wiedza: Dobra znajomość narzędzi pakietu Office 365. Dodatkowym atutem będzie znajomość metodyk zarządzania projektami, notacji używanych podczas projektowania systemów IT oraz aplikacji Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence).
Języki obce: Język angielski min. na poziomie B2
