Zadania:
- Tworzenie i aktualizacja miesięcznych media planów autopromocyjnych na powierzonych kanałach
- Praca nad dziennymi ramówkami na powierzonych kanałach z perspektywy autopromocji
- Codzienna komunikacja z działem Ramówek Dziennych w celu zapewnienia właściwej realizacji miesięcznych planów autopromocji
- Śledzenie i reagowanie na zmiany programowe pod kątem ewentualnych zmian w planach autopromocyjnych
- Bycie pierwszym kontaktem w sytuacji jakichkolwiek problemów występujących na powierzonych kanałach
- Współpraca z działem kreacji i produkcji w zakresie sprawdzania wszystkich elementów autopromocyjnych przeznaczonych do emisji na powierzonych kanałach
- Monitorowanie kanałów na bieżąco, aby zachować wysoką jakość - bez błędów na antenie
- Dbanie o zgodność wszystkich elementów promocji na antenie z lokalnym prawem
- Wspieranie projektów Biura Reklamy w ramach wykorzystania czasu przeznaczonego na autopromocję
Wymagania:
- Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office
- Umiejętność pracy w zespole
- Doskonała organizacja pracy, w tym dokładność, skuteczność i terminowość w realizacji zadań i umiejętność ustalania priorytetów
- Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2
- Dodatkowym atutem będzie doświadczenie pracy w mediach

ENG:
Responsibilities:
- Creating and updating monthly self-promotion media plans for assigned channels
- Working on daily schedules for assigned channels from a self-promotion perspective
- Daily communication with the Daily Scheduling Department to ensure proper execution of monthly self-promotion plans
- Monitoring and responding to programming changes in terms of potential adjustments to self-promotion plans
- Acting as the first point of contact in case of any issues on assigned channels
- Collaborating with the creative and production departments to verify all self-promotion elements intended for broadcast on assigned channels
- Continuously monitoring channels to maintain high quality and error-free broadcasting
- Ensuring all on-air promotional elements comply with local laws
- Supporting Advertising Office projects by utilizing airtime allocated for self-promotion
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent work organization, including accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work under time pressure
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Experience in the media industry is a plus (graduates are welcome)

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
