The Budget Coordinator plays a crucial role within the DTC marketing team, overseeing all financial aspects related to Original Programming and Brand. This position is integral to ensuring smooth financial processes and maintaining accurate budget tracking.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Invoice Management: Prepare, code, process and secure documentation ensuring timely and accurate processing. Communicate with vendors to address and resolve payment inquiries promptly.
- Media: Assist with media agency (Starcom) invoices, enter commitments and assist with monthly actualization with the media team. Ensure all media expenses are accurately coded to the appropriate accounts and codes for precise financial reporting and analysis.
- Image Licensing Rights Management: Secure and manage image rights for the MAV team from our stock footage agencies and other rights holders.
- Announcers: Draft and manage contract for announcers, monitor and respond to emails regarding session dates, contracts needed and payment inquiries. Ensure proper payroll forms and coordinate with the payroll company.
Qualifications & Experience...
- 2+ years administrative or finance experience in a corporate environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to identify and escalate discrepancies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills (must have)
- Experience with excel and Oracle based systems are a plus
