Tareas diarias:
- Configuración de cuentas para nuevos usuarios durante su incorporación y al finalizar su relación laboral.
- Reparación y reemplazo de equipos.
- Pruebas de nueva tecnología.
- Gestión de garantías para equipos.
- Apoyar al equipo de IT en el sitio y fuera de él.
- Crear incidentes en el sistema CRM.
Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:
- Conocimientos en IT.
- Habilidad para comunicarse y desarrollarse profesionalmente.
- Proactividad y deseo de aprender nuevas tecnologías.
