Your New Role...

This role is based in Burbank, CA and the position will report to Head of Flight Ops & Global Travel Servies. Flight scheduler will review all requests, schedule all approved trips on the corporate aircraft or NetJets as directed by the Head of Flight Ops, Chief Pilot, or Maintenance Manager, and must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Ensure flight requests meet the Corporate Aircraft Policy.
  • Obtain approvals for flight requests by employees, executives.
  • Generate and maintain monthly crew schedules.
  • Responsible for coordination of all aspects for corporate aircraft flights and flight following.
  • Work to analyze operational factors and restrictions that may impact flights.
  • Follow Flight Operational Manual to ensure all FAA/Regulatory requirements are met with each flight schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with other crew members to ensure seamless trip execution (pilots, flight attendants, maintenance managers).
  • Maintain an attitude of total customer service, anticipating the needs and exceeding travelers' expectations.
  • Coordinate crew hotels, transportation, aircraft handling, fuel, over-flight permits and customs.
  • Work with Maintenance to schedule aircraft for routine/non-routine aircraft maintenance.
  • Maintain Flight Operations' records including aircraft & crew utilization reports, and aircraft logs.
  • Assist with the control of operating expenses as an integral part of scheduling.
  • All other tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience...

  • College degree preferred or 0-1 years of applicable work experience.
  • Must be detail oriented, superb organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure/meet strict deadlines, evenings, and weekends when trips are scheduled.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $60,206.00 - $111,810.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
