Your New Role....
The Executive Assistant, Global Franchise is responsible for supporting the EVP, Global Franchise and the broader Global Franchise department in driving the maximization of the long-term value for the WBD Global Brands and Franchises.

Your Role Accountabilities...
- Manage the calendar of the EVP, Global Franchise and potentially 1-2 other Global Franchise executives, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, securing meeting rooms, setting up Zoom or Teams meetings, requesting drive-on passes for external attendees, ordering catering items, greets visitors, etc.
- Conduct program management for broader Franchise function, including facilitating project tracking, following up on milestones, developing program documentation and other artifacts.
- Proactively develop action item lists based on meetings and work with EVP to ensure follow ups are carried through, materials are distributed, and next steps, meeting information or other necessary communications are carried out
- Coordinates and arranges travel and hotel accommodations and completes travel and expense reports.
- General administrative duties including but not limited to open/distribute incoming mail, answering phone, write and organize notes from team meetings, making photocopies of reports, documents and other materials, prepares packages for DX or courier services and orders supplies, etc.
- Organizes shared drive team folders including maintaining various files, records, indexes and logs.
- Processes Contingent Workforce Central forms and Master Vendor Agreements as needed.
- Codes, routes and tracks outside vendor invoices.
- Manages department listservs to facilitate scheduling meetings or emailing the broader Franchise function and partner teams.
- Creates and/or updates Excel, Powerpoint and other documents as assigned
- Support deck and franchise presentation and communication development such as proof-reading decks, providing deck updates or enhancing design elements.
- Manage coordination of department or functional offsite, onsite and town halls including, but not limited to, agenda development, deck/material development, attendee management, site booking and coordination, catering, A/V coordination and overall event management
- Facilitate EA collaboration across the department, such as developing back-up plans for EAs who are out of office
Qualifications & Experience...
Work Experience
• Min 5 years work experience, preferably as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, program manager
• Experience with entertainment company strongly preferred
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• HS diploma required
• 4 yr college degree preferred
Knowledge/Skills
• Excellent project management, prioritization and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and excellent judgment.
• Strong at managing workflow to meet tight deadlines while handling high volume of work.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and productive demeanor
• Ability to work with Sr Executives
• Professional demeanor
• High proficiency with MS Office products

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $82,670.00 - $153,530.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
