Your New Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Legal Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the CLO's office. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, coordinating special projects, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CLO's schedule, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and appointments. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively address them.
- Expenses: Responsible for the tracking and processing of expenses, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Ensure travel arrangements align with the CLO's preferences and business requirements.
- Meeting Support: Manage coordination of department or functional offsite, onsite and town halls including, but not limited to, agenda development, deck/material development, attendee management, site booking and coordination, catering, A/V coordination and overall event management.
- Board and Committee Support: Prepare and manage board materials including decks, presentations, and briefing documents. Coordinate logistics and scheduling for Board and Audit Committee meetings. Track and follow up on action items and deliverables post-meetings.
- Documentation: Monitor and track outside counsel billing; liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Collect and analyze data for reporting metrics; maintain a consistent reporting cadence across departments. Support Center of Excellence initiatives, including training coordination and documentation.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Maybe assigned ad-hoc projects or duties to support the executive
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to executive leadership.
- Meticulously organized, detail-oriented, able to self-start, prioritize, multitask, and follow through.
- Good business judgement, maintain confidentiality, and composure under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Apple/iOS products, Slack, and Zoom.
- Experience coordinating activities of large departments and/or business units. Prior experience managing an office and supporting multiple leaders and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in grammar and spelling, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels in the company.
- Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities, take initiative using excellent judgment, work in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidential and sensitive information, and prioritize work to meet specific deadlines.
- Team player who is self-motivated, results-oriented with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor, and has the ability, but not a need, to take the lead in group projects.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $100,027.00 - $185,765.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
